Is LJPc support free?
Support is free if something goes wrong on our end. Different terms apply for customers with an SLA agreement. For website support or software modifications, we charge our hourly rate of € 75.00 excl. VAT per hour. Before we start working on your ticket, we will inform you of the work and costs involved.
What does support cost?
The cost of support is € 75.00 excl. VAT per hour. Support is free if the problem is on our end.
How quickly do you respond to my support request?
We do our best to respond as quickly as possible, which is what we are known for. You will often receive a response within an hour (during business hours). If not, you will definitely receive a response within 24 hours.
Can I also get support for solutions not built by you?
Yes, you can. We always provide a quote for this. Since services on servers not managed by us may work differently, costs may be higher.
Where is my website hosted?
All websites are hosted on self-managed dedicated servers. These servers are always located in an AMS-IX data center. In case of problems, we can always investigate thoroughly.
